1. Agreement

By purchasing or using PushPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License grant

Paid subscriptions grant a non-exclusive license to use PushPilot on the number of sites allowed by your tier. License keys are domain-bound and may not be shared beyond your organization.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew annually via Stripe unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy at checkout. Failed renewals may suspend updates and paid features after the grace period described in documentation.

4. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute the plugin, circumvent license verification, or use PushPilot to violate applicable law. You are responsible for backups before syncing to production.

5. Disclaimer

PushPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from sync operations. Always test on staging first.
